Alhamdulillah, segala puji-pujian dirafakkan kehadrat Allah swt. Blog yang telah lama saya tidak update akhirnya diminta isi dengan suatu hikmah yang besar dari seorang mujahidah yang telah pergi ke alam sana. Hasil penulisan ini sesungguhnya ditulis oleh ibunya yang tercinta, ibu kepada al marhumah Siti Hajar Binti Ahmad Sabir (alfatihah). Semoga kita memperoleh manfaat yang besar dari perkongsian ini. Kami dapat panggilan telefon mengatakan Hajar kemalangan. Segera bergegas ke Hospital Besar Melaka. Ramai pelajar UTEM sedia menunggu berita kemalangan itu.
7 Jan 2013 (Isnin)
Hajar dimasukkan ke wad ICU Mawar. Pegawai HEPA UTEM mula membuat lawatan.Doktor mencadangkan pembedahan segera dilakukan. Masalah kewangan mula berbangkit, wang kami tidak mencukupi’
8 Jan 2013 (Selasa)
Gerakan mengumpul derma utk pembedahan Hajar berjalan lancar. Pembedahan dilakukan pada pukul 1 tengahari. Pukul 6 ptg, pembedahan selesai.

Tabiat minum air kosong ketika perut kosong adalah salah satu tabiat yang sangat baik.
Rasulullah SAW juga sering mengamalkan minum air kosong selepas bangun sahaja dari tidur setiap pagi.
Ia juga baik untuk penyakit antaranya :

- degupan jantung yang pantas

Kaedah-kaedahnya :
1. Sebaik sahaja anda bangun pada waktu pagi sebelum memberus gigi, minum 4 x 160ml gelas air
2. Berus gigi dan bersihkan mulut tetapi jangan makan atau minum apa-apa untuk 45 minit
3. Selepas 45 minit anda boleh makan dan minum seperti biasa.
4. Selepas 15 minit sarapan pagi, makan tengahari dan makan malam jangan makan atau minum apa-apa selama 2 jam
5. Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang sudah tua atau sakit dan tidak mampu minum 4 gelas air pada awal boleh bermula dengan mengambil sedikit air dan secara beransur-ansur meningkat kepada 4 gelas setiap hari.
6. Kaedah rawatan ini akan menyembuhkan penyakit yang tersenarai diatas dan di samping itu anda boleh menikmati kehidupan yang lebih sihat.
Senarai berikut memberikan bilangan hari rawatan yang diperlukan untuk menyembuhkan / mengawal / mengurangkan penyakit utama:
1. Tekanan Darah Tinggi (30 hari)
2. Gastrik (10 hari)
3. Diabetes (30 hari)
4. Sembelit (10 hari)
