Tabiat minum air kosong ketika perut kosong adalah salah satu tabiat yang sangat baik.
Rasulullah SAW juga sering mengamalkan minum air kosong selepas bangun sahaja dari tidur setiap pagi.
Ia juga baik untuk penyakit antaranya :

• degupan jantung yang pantas

• kegemukan berlebihan

Kaedah-kaedahnya :
1. Sebaik sahaja anda bangun pada waktu pagi sebelum memberus gigi, minum 4 x 160ml gelas air
2. Berus gigi dan bersihkan mulut tetapi jangan makan atau minum apa-apa untuk 45 minit
3. Selepas 45 minit anda boleh makan dan minum seperti biasa.
4. Selepas 15 minit sarapan pagi, makan tengahari dan makan malam jangan makan atau minum apa-apa selama 2 jam
5. Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang sudah tua atau sakit dan tidak mampu minum 4 gelas air pada awal boleh bermula dengan mengambil sedikit air dan secara beransur-ansur meningkat kepada 4 gelas setiap hari.
6. Kaedah rawatan ini akan menyembuhkan penyakit yang tersenarai diatas dan di samping itu anda boleh menikmati kehidupan yang lebih sihat.
Senarai berikut memberikan bilangan hari rawatan yang diperlukan untuk menyembuhkan / mengawal / mengurangkan penyakit utama:

Adalah seorang hamba Allah ni, dia pergilah bersiar-siar di tepi hutan. Sedang dia menghirup udara rimba yg segar tu, tetiba dia terdengar satu bunyi... jeng!jeng!jeng!... bunyi....aauuummmmm!!! Bunyi harimau yg kelaparan dan hanya menunggu mangsanya saja. Jadi, si hamba Allah ni pun lari untuk menyelamatkan diri. Harimau tu kejar hamba Allah ni. Sebab dia dah lapar sangat ni. Harimau tu pun kejar, kejar, kejar dan kejar. Hamba Allah ni punyalahtakut, berlari lintang pukang. Sempat juga dia berdoa agar dia diselamatkan daripada dibaham dek harimau tadi.
Dengan kuasa Allah diperlihatkan sebuah perigi di depan matanya.

Jadi untuk menyelamatkan diri si hamba Allah ni pun terjunlah

Satu cerita Hatim al – Asamm, beliau seoarang daripada murid dan sahabat Syaqiq Al –Bakhi r.a.

Syaqiq bertanya kepada Hatim Al – Asamm “Engkau bersahabat denganku semenjak 30 tahun yang lalu, apakah yang kau dapat sepanjang tempoh itu”?

Hatim menjawab, saya mendapat 8 faedah…seperti berikut…

1. Saya perhatikan manusia ada kekasih dan buah hati yang dicintai, ada temannya yang tunggunya hingga waktu sakit, serta hingga maut dan sesetengahnya hingga ke kubur. Kemudian mereka semua pulang sendirian keseorangan tinggalkan temannya keseorangan, dia tidak turut masuk ke dalam kuburnya.

Justeru saya pun berfikir dan berkata

“ sebaik- baik kekasih bagi seseorang itu ialah yang turut masuk ke dalam kubur menemaninya. Tidak ada yang boleh berbuat demikian selain amalan soleh, lalu saya mengambilnya menjadi kekasih supaya menjadi obor pelita bagiku di dalam kubur , menemani ku di dalamnya dan tidak meninggalkan aku keseorangan.”

Kata syaqiq ; “ Bagus engkau .”

2. Saya juga melihat ada manusia yang terburu – buru mengikut hawa nafsu, mereka segera melaksanakan kehendak nafsu mereka lalu saya memerhatikan firman Allah bermaksud:

Dan ada pun orang orang yang takut kepada kebesaran Tuhannya dan menahan diri daripada keinginan hawa nafsunya, maka sesungguhnya syurgalah tempat tinggalnya.

marillah kita luangkan masa kita sekejap….

dalam mendekatkan diri kepada Allah…

dari segala kesibukan….

semoga Allah memberkati kita dalam setiap amal perbuatan

kita….

dengarlah dengan mata hati…dan marilah kita

sama – sama mula bertindak….demi diri kita sendiri…

dalam mndekatkan diri kepada pencipta kita…

Children are Wiser than Elders – Leo Tolstoy

It was rainy season in Russia, in a certain village in Russia the rain water was flowing in streams in a street. It had rained and stopped a little while ago. Two little girls were playing in the street water. It was festival time. They were wearing new frocks. Malasha was the younger of the two little girls. Akulya was the older girl. Malasha stamped her foot in the water. It was a little muddy. The muddy water splashed. It fell on Akulya’s new frock. Akulya was just rubbing out the mud. At that time, Akulya’s mother was walking that way. She looked at her daughter dress. She scolded her daughter.

“How can you make your new dress so dirty? “she asked.

“Malasha splashed the water on me,” said Akulya.

Akulya’s mother caught Malasha . She gave two or three slaps on the back of Malasha. Malasha started weeping loudly. Malasha’s house was close by. Malasha’s mother heard her daughter Malasha’s weeping. She came out in hurry.

“Why are you weeping?” asked her mother.

“Akulya’s mother beat me on my back,” said Malasha.

Malasha’s mother turned to Akulya’s mother in angry mood. Malasha’s mother abused Akulyas mother. Soon they started quarrelling loudly. They called each other names. Their shouting continued.

Other woman joined them soon. Some supported Akulya’s mother. Some supported Malasha’s mother. The two fighting groups become bigger and bigger. The men also joined in the fighting. The quarrel became never ending.

At that time the grandmother of Akulya came out of the house. She told the men and the women not to fight. “It is festival time. People should not quarrel,” she told them.

No one listened to her. No one cared for her words. In the meantime Malasha and Akulya forgot about their quarrel. They became friends again. They moved away from the fighting crowd. They started letting paper boats in the running water. Now the old woman said to the fighting groups.

“Look at the children . They have forgotten their quarrel. They started playing again. They have become friends again. But you men and women still keep quarrelling. Are you not ashamed of your tendency?,”

The men and the women looked at the little girls. They felt ashamed. They went back to their houses quietly.

Children forget and forgive very easily. This elder learnt this lesson from the little girls….how about you..?
